    Who it's for

For organizations whose website is currently nobody's job in particular.

    The problem

Your site shouldn't take five vendors.

You need a landing page for Monday. IT can get to it in a fortnight, the freelancer who built the site has moved on, and the SEO vendor only sends reports. So it waits, and the site drifts a little further from the plan. What is missing is not effort. It is one agency whose job the website actually is.

    What you've asked

    Frequently asked questions.

If yours isn't here, ask on the call — we'll give you a straight answer.

How is this different from a standard maintenance retainer?

Maintenance keeps a site alive. WebOps moves it forward. Alongside updates and monitoring, we keep adding new pages, tests, and improvements, so the site keeps getting better instead of just staying online.

How fast do requests get done?

We plan the week's work with you and ship against it, so most routine requests go live within the week. If something is urgent, we tell you exactly when it will land before we start.

What kinds of requests are included?

New pages, content updates, design and UX changes, bug fixes, performance and security work, and technical SEO upkeep. If a request is larger than a normal week's work, we scope it with you first.

Can we change the plan as our roadmap changes?

Yes. You can pause, move up, or move down, so the plan keeps matching what your roadmap actually needs rather than what it needed when we started.

Can you take over a site you didn't build?

Yes. We start by getting to know your site and your brand, and we can run and improve something built by someone else. Most WebOps clients come to us this way.

One email a month. What changed in search, and what we'd do about it.

Occasional notes on web, SEO, and AI search. No cadence promises, no selling your address.
